Validity of our offers
Our offers are intended solely for consumers with a delivery
address in Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
Items displayed on the site are available until depletion of stock.
In the event of debit or payment of an order for an item which is unavailable, THE-TEMPLE.COM will inform the Customer by email and offer a credit note or refund within 15 days.

Presentation of products
All products for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.
However, THE-TEMPLE.COM cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions which may occur in this presentation.
The photos supporting the product information are non-contractual.

Products price
Prices are in Euros inclusive of VAT.
The VAT amount is indicated when the Customer selects a product. We reserve the right to change prices if there is a change to the rate of VAT, and these changes may be passed on in the price of the items without previously informing the customer.
THE-TEMPLE.COM reserves the right to change its prices at any time but products are invoiced at the price indicated at the time the order is registered.

Order and Secure Payment
6.1 : Payment - Payment by Bank Card on the site
The client confirms their billing and delivery address, the products, and the total price. He or she provides the number of the bank card with the expiry date and CCV code.
He or she irrevocably validates the order by clicking on the button « Confirm».
- Payment in 3 instalments
It is possible to pay in three monthly payments. One third of the total will be debited immediately, the second third one month after the purchase date and the remaining third will be debited two months after the purchase date.
This method of payment can be chosen directly on the payment page, by clicking on the button “Other Methods of Payment”.
This service costs an additional 5€, and is only available for order of 50€ or more.

With PayPal your financial information is never communicated to SPARTOO.EU. PayPal encrypts and protects your card number once and for all. Pay online by simply indicating your PayPal email address and password.
The client validates their order as noted below. This validation means you accept the present Terms and Conditions.
The client interested by an article visible on the site THE-TEMPLE.COM follows this process to place their order. After clicking on "Confirm" button and after checking the characteristics of their order (colour, amount, size, price, etc…), the client validates the choice of one or more selected products with a click.
If the client benefits from a special offer, he/she should enter the code that was previously attributed to them in the space provided. For their first order, the client has a form to fill out containing the following information : title, first name, surname, complete delivery address, email, date of birth, and telephone number. The client creates their password at this time.
After validating their payment method, the client irrevocably validates their order with the following consequences:
THE-TEMPLE.COM reserves the right to refuse to carry out a delivery or to honour an order placed by a consumer that has not totally or partially paid a preceding order or with whom a payment dispute is being handled.
6.3 : Payment Verifications
THE-TEMPLE.COM verifies all the orders that have been validated on the site. These verifications aim to protect THE-TEMPLE.COM from abusive practices such as ID theft and fraud.
Our services might ask you to provide additional information to unblock your order : proof of housing or of a debit in your name, or proof of housing in the name of the person indicated for the delivery address, etc... These requests will be made by email :
- For an order for which the delivery address is different from the billing address
- For new clients or any customer that has never previously had their account verified
- For orders placed with internationally issued bank cards
- For orders over 100€

Payment security
In order to ensure secure payments, THE-TEMPLE.COM uses the
secure payment service provided by CIC bank (a leading French bank). This service utilises the
SSL security standard. Confidential data (16-digit bank card number
as well as expiry date, Security code) are encrypted and sent directly
to the bank server without passing through the physical
THE-TEMPLE.COM server.
When the order is validated:
The payment request is routed in real-time to the secure remote payment manager.
This asks for an authorisation request from the bank card network.
The remote payment manager issues an electronic certificate which is proof of the amount and the date of the transaction in compliance with stipulations of articles 1316 and following of the French civil code.

Sign up / Sign in
All customers who have already made a purchase at THE-TEMPLE.COM can choose
a password which will allow them to place subsequent orders without having to complete the required information forms again.
The Customer who has already subscribed is recognised on the site as being a customer at THE-TEMPLE.COM.
The THE-TEMPLE.COM customer's password is strictly confidential and personal.
It must never be disclosed to a third party.
In the event the THE-TEMPLE.COM customer has lost or has forgotten his/her password, he/she should contact THE-TEMPLE.COM customer service at this address info@the-temple.com and a new password will be issued within 48 hours to replace the previous one.
In order to facilitate the identification of the Customer by provision of both the e-mail address and password, the Customer expressly authorises THE-TEMPLE.COM to place a "Cookie" on the customer's computer with the sole purpose of facilitating the above-mentioned identification.

Delivery
9.1 : Standard Delivery with UPS
Delivery will be completed in a maximum of 8 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date your parcel was despatched, not withstanding a natural disaster or unforeseen event outside of the control of THE-TEMPLE.COM which would delay delivery.
The delivery time is indicated on the payment page, and is calculated in regards to your postcode.
Delivery times are valid for any order registered on our website before 9:00 a.m.(London Time) For orders placed after 9:00 a.m., please add an extra working day to your delivery time. Delivery with UPS Standard is not available in Cyprus and Malta, please use UPS Express for these countries.
9.2 :Express Delivery with UPS at a charge of 16€

Money-back guarantee
All items purchased at THE-TEMPLE.COM may be exchanged, free of charge, for another size or a refund. - For Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, and the United Kingdom :
Step 1:
Log in to your THE-TEMPLE.COM customer account with your e-mail address and password and go to the "My returns" section to fill in the returns request form. Please fill in one form per item to be returned
Step 2:
Once you have filled in your return request(s), you will receive an email with return postage instructions, and a prepaid label. Simply print up the label and parcel up the item(s) to be returned. Stick the label on the outside of your parcel. Please note that without this label, you will not be able to arrange for collection of your return parcel with UPS.
Step 3
Call UPS customer support using the phone number and label provided in the email mentioned in step 2. This call will enable you to arrange an appointment for the collection of your package at home or at your workplace.
Step 4:
The day of the appointment, UPS will come to collect your package at the arranged location. You will not be required to make a payment ! Please keep the tracking number for proof of delivery.
The cooling off period, during which the customer can exchange the product or utilise their right of withdrawal is 30 days from the date the item(s)are received.
The return of item(s) within this time must follow the procedure outlined below:
The seller reserves the right to refuse any damaged item which was not subject to a written reserve by the customer upon delivery.

Processing orders which were unable to be delivered by our transport partner
These are consignments which have not been delivered to the final destination for the following reasons:
Undeliverable, not claimed, refused, damaged in transit, opened...
11.1: Consignments returned to sender because they were "UNDELIVERABLE":
Consignments returned to THE-TEMPLE.COM by the transporter with the following remark: Undeliverable.
Once we have received and accepted the undelivered consignment, THE-TEMPLE.COM will contact the customer to propose a new shipment if the product is still available or to offer a refund.
THE-TEMPLE.COM reserves the right to reimburse an order and not to re-ship it if multiple "UNDELIVERABLE" orders have been identified.
11.2 : Consignments returned to sender because they were "NOT CLAIMED":
Consignments which have not been claimed by the customer within the time limit imposed by UPS.
Once we have received and accepted the undelivered consignment, THE-TEMPLE.COM will contact the customer to propose a new shipment if the product is still available or offer a refund.
THE-TEMPLE.COM reserves the right to reimburse an order and not re-ship it if multiple " NOT CLAIMED" orders have been identified.
11.3 : Consignments returned to sender because they were "REFUSED":
The consignment has been refused during delivery attempt.
Once we have received and accepted the undelivered consignment, a credit note will put in the customer account within 72 hours following receipt of the undelivered consignment. The Customer may request a refund and thus cancellation of the credit note directly in our " CUSTOMER SERVICE " section .
In the event a consignment is returned to Spartoo as " UNDELIVERABLE ", "NOT CLAIMED ", or "REFUSED", THE-TEMPLE.COM cannot guarantee reservation of the ordered items and may need to reimburse the order if the product(s) is/are not available.

Responsibility
For all stages - from access to the site, browsing, filling in forms, placing an order, delivering items or any other service,
THE-TEMPLE.COM only has a reasonable endeavours obligation. THE-TEMPLE.COM cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience
or damages arising from the use of the Internet outside the diligence
and precautions taken by THE-TEMPLE.COM. In particular, THE-TEMPLE.COM cannot be held responsible for any disruption of service
or any external intrusion or presence of a computer virus.
Similarly, any event which qualifies as force majeure
in the legal sense by the French Court of Appeals fully exonerates THE-TEMPLE.COM from all responsibility.
Customers benefit from guarantees offered by the brands listed on the site.

Competitions organised by THE-TEMPLE.COM are free to enter, purchase is not
required. They are open to all residents of the following countries: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia or Sweden.
Winners of competitions will be informed by e-mail which will contain their prize in the form of a code for a discount or gift voucher from THE-TEMPLE.COM. This single-use voucher can be used throughout the site, excluding promotions and may not be combined with other special offers.
Excluding special promotions, money-off vouchers are valid for three months and gift vouchers for one year.
If the amount of the gift voucher exceeds the value of the order placed by the Customer, the balance will be transferred to the gift voucher account. It will automatically be proposed during a future order on the "Payment" page.
If the amount of the gift voucher is less than the value of the order, the Customer must complete payment by bank card.
THE-TEMPLE.COM never discloses participants' names and e-mail addresses.
By providing their e-mail address, participants automatically agree to receive the the-temple newsletter
THE-TEMPLE.COM reserves the right to postpone or cancel competitions and cannot be held responsible for any problem which may arise during the operation.
Taking part in the competition implies full agreement with these rules.
